Warm Figs 'n Cream recipe
Ingredients:
½ pound dried figs, chopped
1 cup apple cider
¼ cup honey
1 orange, zested
1 cup fresh or prepared whipped cream, for serving
Preparation Instructions:
1) Place figs, cider, honey, and orange zest in a small pot; cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer and uncover; lower to a simmer and cook until figs are plump and liquid is syrups, about 15 minutes.
2) Serve warm or cold over whipped cream.

This recipe is so simple, yet oh so elegant. Serve it in wine or cocktail glasses for a beautiful presentation.
